- Your industry sector
- Your current accounting software
- Service of interest
- Any additional information you provide
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry and assess how we can help
- Process your payment if you choose a fixed-fee service
- Book and manage your consultation
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox on our form.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (cloud database, EEA region). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties except as described below.
Third-party services
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months. If you become a client, we retain relevant records for the duration required by UK tax law (currently 6 years).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO
